Vegetarian Cuisine  

Vegetarian food means more than steamed vegetables. Learn techniques and recipes that would make even a meat lover come back for more. The menu will include portabella mushroom crepes, goat cheese stuffed peppers, asparagus salad. Ingredients and recipes may vary due to availability. Please wear closed toe shoes and long pants. Also, bring a favorite knife, apron, and a beverage. You’ll enjoy the outcome of your efforts in this hands-on workshop.
