Getting Started with Computers  

Learn the most basic computer skills such as how to turn it on, keyboarding, how to use a mouse to point and click, and other essentials for using a personal computer. Get lots of hands-on practice exploring the desktop, taskbar, and program icons. Use a word processing application to highlight text and change the font style and size. Insert images to enhance a document, learn how to cut, copy, paste, and save your documents. Navigate the internet and use InPrivate Browsing for safer internet surfing. We will use an ICC computer with Windows 7. Check the ACP website for the supply list.
