Intermediate Knitting  

If you have been taught to knit and purl and would now like to learn the techniques to make hats, mittens, and even sweaters, this is the class for you! You will learn: to read patterns and charts, understand gauge, fix mistakes, and knit in the round (circular needle and double pointed needles). The first two hours of class will be hands on instruction to include: various cast ons and bind offs, directional increases and decreases, ribbing, and hems. The last hour will be spent kitting a hat as our class project, utilizing the techniques learned in class. Some supplies will be provided. Check the ACP website for the supply list.
