Exercises to Improve Your Balance  

Learn ways to build your strength and your sense of balance. Taught by a physical therapist, you will learn how to reduce your risk of falling even if you have arthritis or other medical issues. You will walk away with written descriptions so that you can practice what you learn in your own home. What You Need to Know to Prevent Falls is needed first to take this course.
