Fitness Boot Camp  

Get that body into shape with 6 weeks of exciting and intense full-body workouts designed to improve strength, cardiovascular fitness, and maximize caloric burn. The trainer will lead, coach, and motivate participants through each workout. The class is designed to accommodate all levels of physical fitness, though it is recommended for participants to already be engaged in an active physical fitness routine. In order to maximize results, the class should be considered demanding as participants will be encouraged to push themselves to their fitness limits. It is recommended that participants not have any medical restrictions and consult with their doctor prior to starting this course, or any physical fitness routine. Class meets 2 times a week.
