Sing for the Health of It
If you have been mouthing the words instead of singing with gusto, this program is for you. You will learn the importance of breath control, finding your pitch, relaxing and enjoying this musical expression. This workshop will give you the tools to improve breathing, develop core muscles, exercise your brain to improve memory, concentration, linkage of left and right brain functions and build your stamina. Remember: singing is fun. Prerequisite: you have to be reluctant to sing in public. Class limited to 10 people.
