- Environmental Science Explorations (Grades 4-6)
-
Environmental Science is an interesting and exciting field to explore through hands-on experiences. It is vital to study because it describes the relationships among living organisms such as plants and animals (including humans) and other non-living factors on Earth such as air, water, and land. We will explore many current aspects of environmental studies such as water quality, biodiversity, global climate change, food webs and ecosystems, resource conservation, and biomimicry. Come join us for some hands-on, outdoor environmental activities, explore school yard, forest, grassland, and aquatic habitats, and discover how the environment is important for one and all.
