Protecting Our Animals: Peoria County Animal Shelter Tour   

Take an inside look at Peoria County Animal Protection Services animal shelter and animal control. Hear exciting stories about the day-to-day operations of the animal shelter and a day in the life of an Animal Control Officer. Learn about local animal control laws, how the operation is funded, and PCAPS community partnerships. The PCAPS Director will talk about local animal issues and opportunities for you to help abandoned, neglected, or abused animals in our own community. Instructor: Becky Spencer, PCAPS Director
