Introduction to Tai Chi   

Explore Tai Chi principles, movements, and Yang form for health benefits. This class is suited to all ages and levels, but most accessible for beginners. Develop balance, energy, concentration, relaxation, and more graceful movement through the ancient Chinese practice of Tai Chi. Wear loose comfortable clothing and shoes you can easily move in.
