POUND: Workout & Rockout!  

How can you tone your triceps, thighs and waist while sharpening your mind? POUND® fitness is an upbeat way to work out. It’s a fun way burn calories and enhance blood flow to your brain. You will combine concepts of communal drumming with energizing aerobic movements. The result is a happy hour of fitness. No experience is required. If you have not experienced POUND®, you are in for a jam good time! The class will meet in Arbor Hall.
