In this seminar, attendees will receive an overview of techniques to help ensure that their property passes as efficiently as possible to their beneficiaries. Attendees will learn about different learn about different estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, transfer on death instruments, and powers of attorney. Attendees will learn how property passes when they pass away, and how they can title their property to help avoid probate.
