Workshops

Culinary Camp Beginners (9-12)   

Culinary Camp is held in the professional kitchens in Dogwood Hall at ICC North Campus. The week-long course is taught by a professional chef, Charles Robertson, and includes all supplies.

Students learn basic knife skills, get a peek into the world of sauce making, dabble in dessert making and presentation, and put all the skills together to create a fabulous lunch to serve to family and friends.
