Actin' Up: Improvisation (7-9)-JULY ONLY

What is improvisation exactly? Improvisation is acting on your feet without a script. Think of this course as the new “SNL” or “Who’s Line is it Anyway” coming to CFK for the summer! Students will explore improv as an acting tool. You will also learn basic stage movement, pick small scenes and monologues to deliver, and learn the basic building blocks of acting. You don’t need to have acted before. You don’t need to know how to sing or dance (we will be performing non-musical pieces); you just need to be ready to “Act up”.
